Yes. Our events are for students of LMU and other Munich universities (TUM, HM, and others). If you're not a student but want to play, drop us a message — we sometimes make exceptions for friends-of-the-club.

Nothing to play. There's no buy-in and no money on the table. Sometimes there's a small €5–6 service fee at the door covering snacks and drinks — see the registration page for each tournament for the exact amount.

Not really. The format is No Limit Texas Hold'em — if you understand the basic rules (we have them on the Rules page) you'll be fine. We always have new players, and regulars are happy to help with the basics.

We rotate locations around Munich — usually student-friendly bars or university spaces. The exact venue is on the page of each tournament once it's announced.

No Limit Hold'em, Freezeout (no re-entries), 15-minute blind levels. Top 8 finishers count for season standings. Most tournaments cap at 32–64 players.

Usually 3–5 hours depending on entrants. We start sharp at the announced time. Late registration is open through the first 3 blind levels (about 45 min).

Just yourself and an ID if you're new (one-time check). We provide the chips, cards, and table. Bringing a few euros for snacks/drinks is a good idea.

If late registration is still open (first ~45 min) you can buy in with the starting stack. After that, you can come watch and chat — and we'll see you at the next one.
